    • You must not be 27 years old (born after October 1, 1997) AND you must have completed or will complete the requirements for your first degree on or after October 1, 2023.
  • You must have earned a college degree with a First Class grade or a GPA of at least 3.70 out of 4.0 (or the equivalent) or will have earned it by June or July 2025. Please pay close attention to the standards for the Oxford course you want to take; they may be even higher. Candidates who are successful usually rank in the top few of their graduating groups.
  • You need to have a good enough level of English to meet the University of Oxford’s requirements for English language skills at the Higher Level level.
