Reporting to the Project Support Supervisor, the Heavy Diesel Mechanic is responsible for the repair, diagnostics, maintenance, and servicing of a variety of Caterpillar equipment.
The equipment consists of D10T and D11T dozers, 994K and 854K wheel loaders, 24M graders, and 793/789/785 haul vehicles. This task will be performed in a collaborative team environment, with a primary focus on safety.

- Location: Royal Hill Mine Site.
- Roster: 7 days on, 7 nights on, and 14 days off (12.5-hour shifts with a 30-minute unpaid meal break). OR
- 7 days on, 7 nights on, and 7 days off (shifts of 12.5 hours with a 30-minute unpaid meal break).
To succeed, the following are required:
- Australian Heavy-Duty Trade Certificate
- HR-License
- Proven capacity to function effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent diagnostics, troubleshooting, and fault-finding capabilities.
- Caterpillar experience in a field service context is preferred for the previous post.
- Experience with C175 CAT engines is highly regarded and will contribute to your professional success.
