  • If you don’t have the acceptance or admission letter by April 30, 2025, please write in the most likely date that is shown in the “web application system.” Send it to the HISF office by email as soon as it’s ready. Keep in mind that you won’t be able to log in to the web application system after April 30, 2025.
  • Even if the documents say “Confidential” or “Invalid if opened,” open all of them so you can send them as PDF files through the “scholarship web application system.”
