Residency: must be a permanent resident of a Commonwealth nation that qualifies..

Educational Qualifications:

• Eligible candidates have a four-year bachelor’s degree or a two-year bachelor’s and two-year master’s degree.
• A first degree with at least upper second-class (2:1) honors or a second-class (2:2) honors degree and an appropriate postgraduate certification (such as a master’s degree) must be held before September 2025.
