Requirements of UK Tier 1 Investor Visa

In particular, there is no requirement to conduct an independent audit of the budgetary and commerce interface as part of a Speculator visa application. In any event, you may still be required to fulfill the Domestic Office where your investment funds were legally acquired.

Investment Options

Upon admission to the Speculator visa category, it may be necessary to invest a minimum of £2 million in qualifying speculations. Processing Time

  • Your most punctual application will be three months ago, during a recent trip.
  • Priority Benefit may be available for passage clearance applications, which should yield a decision within 10-15 days.

Duration
