Work Schedule:

Full days from Thursday to Monday 7:00 a.m. to Two days of vacation are scheduled for Wednesday and Tuesday.

The Work You Will Do

  • Within your role as a Community Lead Personal Caregiver, you provide your clients with exceptional and compassionate care.
  • Provide assistance and advice to assist a newly employed personal attendant in developing their professional skills.
  • In addition to standard care services and specialized, client-specific support, provide assistance with instrumental and fundamental activities of daily living (ADL/IADL) as needed. A variety of duties, including personal companionship, meal preparation, housekeeping, medication reminders, respite care, dementia care, hospital discharge assistance, and palliative care, are provided to clients in their residences or communities by one-on-one providers.
  • Ensure that the late-breaking absences are adequately addressed.
